    Most of our products take 4-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Our products are made to order, please allow 3 business days to ship.
  • WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    As soon as the your product is shipped out, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information and other details pertaining to delivery .
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
    If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. You can send an email to theboldamericansite@gmail.com. We cannot accept returns of medical/health related items.
    • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
      Yes! We offer refunds if you meet the following:
    • (1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.
    • (2) Email us at theboldamericansite@gmail.com (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund). We have a 30 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it may take 5-7 business days to process through your bank.
